River Retreat

Meditation, Movement and Chanting along the Flowing Waters of the Salmon River, Idaho

July 5–10

Join Nina Wise for a meditative adventure floating down the Salmon River through a pristine wilderness area in the red rock canyons of Idaho.

Immersed in the beauty of the natural world, we will deepen into our meditation and movement practices and raise our spirits with song and chanting. The symphony of river and wind, birdsong and rushing water, the ever-changing patterns of color and shape in the landscape, conspire to still our minds and and open our hearts to our true nature: peace and ease.

The six- day river trip will include meditation and movement practices, singing and chanting, star gazing, swimming, white water rafting, hiking, fabulous food, and plenty of time to wander, watch and wonder.

"A workshop with Nina Wise changes your life in all the right ways — towards creativity, connection, and the wisdom of the universe.
